FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar-free strawberry flavored carbonated beverage
5 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (9 inch) baked pastry shell

Combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until well blended. Add carbonated beverage; mix well. Chill in freezer, stirring every 5 minutes until very thick but not firm. Remove from freeze. Add 1 tablespoon sugar to strawberries. Gently fold strawberries into gelatin. Pour into baked pastry shell. Chill in refrigerator several hours until firm.
