FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
10 mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Steam cauliflower to desired tenderness, set aside. Saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter until soft. Add to cooked cauliflower. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Mix with cauliflower and mushrooms. Top with cheese and heat through.
