CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 stick butter
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. Jiffy cornbread mix

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Use shallow dish.
