CORN CASSEROLE 
1 box jalapeno cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
4 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 stick butter

Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9"x13" baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until light brown.
