STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 chicken breasts (boned and halved)

Mix together:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 onion, minced
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. chives, chopped

16 slices bacon

Place 2 tablespoons cheese mixture in center of each chicken breast. Roll chicken around cheese. Wrap with bacon. Cover most of chicken with bacon. Hold with a toothpick. Broil 6 to 8 inches from broiler and broil 15 minutes on each side.
