CHICKEN BREASTS DIJON 
2 whole chicken breasts (2 lbs.), halved and skinned
1/4 c. Dijon (Grey Poupon) mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 green onions, chopped fine
1 c. soft bread crumbs

Spray broiler pan with Pam. Broil breast for 5 minutes, turn over and broil 5 minutes longer.

Combine mustard, lemon juice, pepper and green onions in small bowl. Remove broiler and brush breasts on one side with half of the mustard mixture and sprinkle lightly with half the bread crumbs. Broil 2 minutes or until the crumbs are brown.

Turn breasts over and brush with remaining mustard and bread crumbs. Brown about 2 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in the center. Time will vary with the size of the chicken. Serves 6-8.
