STRAWBERRY PEACH JAM
1 pint strawberries
2 peaches
1 env. unflavored gelatin (Knox)
water
1/2 cup sugar

Cut the top portion of your strawberries so that the leaves are off, then cut the bottom portion in half. Afterwards, boil your peaches on high until they are nice and soft. Then soak in cold water. This way, your peaches' skin will peel right off very easily.

Pit the peaches by cutting in half and splitting the two up. You should be able to pull the pit right out. Blend up your strawberries and peaches in a blender. Store in the refrigerator until after the next step.

Boil water on a pot on high while mixing gelatin slowly. Now, take out your fruit and mix together into the gelatin. Add a half cup of sugar, depending how sweet you want your jam to be. It won't become firm quickly.

Place in the refrigerator until firm. Now, crush up, or leave the way it is. You can store it in a jar, or if you don't have one, leave it in the bowl.

Enjoy on sandwiches, desserts, or even by itself! Thank you for reading.
