AWESOME RECIPE, my husband loved it and ate 2nds! Made garlic bread as a side. Things I changed were using Ricotta instead of Cottage Cheese, but that was because I had some on the fridge. Also added 1 extra can of Tomato Sauce with the can of Diced Tomatoes. Just did not look "wet" enough with the 2 cans of diced tomatoes (with mushrooms) I used. Would also make a nice side dish for Potluck Suppers or Church Suppers!

Okay, so my stove hasn't been working and we are in the process of installing a new one. So I needed a quick solution to make a nice meal for my spouse and I. I picked up the ingredients from this recipe and prepared the meal last night. OMG, it was delicious. Also it was very easy to make and simple to cook. It turned out so yummy that half of the servings were gone last night. I would def. recommend this recipe! Also, my spouse being a very PICKY eater, loved this meal. Thank you! :)

That would be: "I made it for my spouse and me." You didn't make it for "I," you made it for "me!" FYI, correct grammar for 2019 - New Year's resolution! Thanks...
