SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. fat
1 (2 oz.) env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. (2 c.) creamed style cottage cheese
3 c. med. noodles, uncooked
1 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 #2 1/2 can (3 1/2 c.) tomatoes
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese

Lightly brown meat in fat in 12 inch skillet at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1/2 of spaghetti sauce mix over meat. Spread cottage cheese in layer over meat. Next arrange uncooked noodles in layer. Sprinkle remaining spaghetti sauce mix, basil, parsley flakes and salt. Add tomatoes with liquid and water, being sure all is moistened. Cover tightly, set at 225-250 degrees and cook 30-35 minutes until noodles are done. Let stand 10-15 minutes. Add mozzarella cheese when lasagna finishes cooking.

Makes 8 servings.
