SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 envelope spaghetti mix
1 lb. cottage cheese
3 c. broad noodles (uncooked)
1 tbsp. basil leaves
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water

Brown meat in 12 inch skillet, drain grease. Lay dry lasagna noodles over brown meat. In bowl mix all ingredients except Mozzarella cheese. Pour these ingredients over noodles. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer (200 degrees) for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle grated cheese over top after removing from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
