SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 c. cooked rice or crackers
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped celery
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Flake salmon. Stir in ingredients in order listed. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and set up.
