HAMBURGER HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef
2 to 3 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
3 carrots
2 to 3 celery stalks
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Slice potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery. Put ground beef in bottom of casserole. Add remaining ingredients in alternate layers. Pour soups over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir after 30 minutes.
