1 1/2 c. raw broccoli, chopped 2 1/2 c. raw cauliflower, chopped 1 c. frozen peas, thawed in hot water 1 sm. tomato, cubed 1/2 c. diet Ranch dressing 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 1/2 c. lettuce, shredded 2 to 3 shakes Salad Supreme Seasoning Mix and chill, adding lettuce and tomato just before serving. 1/2 cup serving = 57 calories. |
