SKOR BAR DESSERT 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 (6 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1 egg
2 c. water
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. Cool Whip
4 Skor bars

FROSTING:

3/4 c. butter
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, instant chocolate pudding, 1 egg, and 2 cups water. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Beat together. Add 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip. Crush 4 Skor bars; add to mixture. Save some for garnish. Spread over cake mixture.

FROSTING: Add 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Spread on cake.
