CORN MOUSSAKA 
1 (17 oz.) can whole corn drained
1 1/2 lbs. beef
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese with chives
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella

Spread corn in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Brown hamburger, drain any excess fat. Add flour, cook and stir for one minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, and cinnamon. Pour over corn in dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine eggs and cottage cheese, and spread over meat mixture. Top with parmesan and then mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Kids love this recipe.
