SPICY CHEESE DIP 
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes & green chiles, diced
1 lb. pasteurized cheese spread

Melt cheese in a double boiler or chafing dish. Mix in can of tomatoes and green chilies. If mixture thickens too much, you may add a little milk. Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips, corn chips or crackers.
