SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 c. water (in ketchup bottle to rinse out)

In medium saucepan, put ground beef and enough water to cover it. Boil meat until it changes color. Drain meat and add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium to low heat for 1 hour.
