PECAN SWEET POTATOES 
2 lbs. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Peel potatoes and boil for 15 minutes. Combine brown sugar, butter, water and salt in pan and cook over medium heat until smooth and bubbly. Drain potatoes and put into casserole dish. Pour sauce over potatoes and add pecans. Cook for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
