CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 
2 c. sliced potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Cook potatoes and onions in water until tender. Do not drain off water. Add milk and remaining ingredients. Garnish with bacon, parsley, croutons, etc.
