SHRIMP MOLD FOR DIPPING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. grated onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. chopped cooked shrimp
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Soften gelatin in water then dissolve over low heat or put in microwave at low. Whip cream cheese. Blend in gelatin. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly oiled mold. Refrigerate. Turn out on serving dish. Good on crackers or with potato chips and pretzels.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
