CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked
2 cans crabmeat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 jar mushrooms, drained
2 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. slivered almonds
pimiento (optional)
Italian bread crumbs

Sauté seasonings in butter. Add all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Pour into large casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
