2 cans condensed milk 4 tbsp. grated unsweetened chocolate or powdered chocolate 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. vanilla (optional) chocolate sprinkles (10.5 oz. Betty Crocker Sweet Toppings) Heat condensed milk, chocolate, butter and milk. Cook over low heat until mixture falls away from the sides of the pan (238°F to 245°F), stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Remove from heat. Beat in the vanilla and turn onto a buttered platter to cool. Use a spoon to take out the amount you want to roll. After putting butter on your hands, shape into small balls. Roll in chocolate sprinkles and place in small paper cups (found at party stores). Yields about 40. |
