Brown 1 pound ground beef; season and drain. Spread over Bisquick mixture. Pour on 1 cup of salsa sauce and cover with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. After baking, and when ready to serve, may top with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
