SIRLOIN STEAK TERIYAKI 
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 lg. sliced raw onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 whole cloves
2 bay leaves
Juice of half a med. lemon
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. brown sugar (only 1 tbsp. goes into marinade)

Add all ingredients together. Place steaks in marinade, turning them occasionally until serving time. Rub remaining brown sugar on steaks before broiling to taste.
