CRAB CASSEROLE 
6 slices crustless bread
Butter
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 lb. backfin crab meat
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Old Bay
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Butter bread on both sides and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add milk and refrigerate overnight. Beat mixture with a whip and add eggs, salt, dry mustard, seafood seasoning, cheese and crab. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
