RICE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. raw rice
3 tbsp. chopped onions
3/4 c. canned milk5/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Can tomato soup
1 1/4 can water

Mix beef, rice, milk, onions, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper together. Shape into 12 small balls. Mix and pour over balls: soup, water and remaining salt. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
