RICE MEATBALLS 
1 c. Minute Rice
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. marjoram
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. tomato juice

Combine rice from box, with beef, egg, onion, salt, marjoram, pepper, and 1/2 cup tomato juice. Mix lightly. Shape into balls and place in skillet. Add sugar to remaining juice and pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover for 15 minutes.

Instead of juice you may use 2 (8 ounce) cans of tomato sauce mixed with 1/2 cup of water.
