RICE MEATBALLS 
1/2 chopped onion
2 slices bread, soaked in water
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano or 1 tsp. basil
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 c. instant rice or 1/2 c. reg. rice

Mix first 6 ingredients. Add meat and rice. Make into balls. Mix: 8 oz. water 1/2 tsp. basil 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic 1/4 tsp. oregano

Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees. You can use bottled spaghetti sauce thinned with water - real thin.
