CORN MOUSSAKA 
17 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. flour
18 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese with chives, cream style, drained
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
14 oz. pkg. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Slivered almonds

Spread corn in ungreased, shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish or 6x10x2 inch baking dish. Brown beef and drain. Add flour, cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon. Pour over corn in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Spread over meat mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella. Place slivered almonds on top. Bake again, 10-15 minutes more. Serves 6.
