LEMON COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix the first 6 ingredients together. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour half the dough in 9 x 13 pan. Cover with 1 can lemon pie filling. Cover with rest of dough. I have used the box mix for the pudding with a little less water and works fine.

Topping:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
