JAMAICAN BANANAS 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. dark brown sugar
2 oranges
1 lemon
4 bananas

Melt butter in pan, add sugar and mix together. Grate rind from oranges and lemon, add along with the juice to the pan. Cut bananas in half lengthwise and in half again. Add to mixture in pan. Do not let them get soft.

Serves 4.
