CHRISTMAS SALAD WREATH 
1 pkg. lime Jello (3 oz.)
2 c. boiling water

Mix well and pour into a ring mold. Let set about one hour. Press down 8 whole cherries with a toothpick to make wreath effect. 3/4 c. boiling water 1/4 c. sugar

Mix well. Cool until syrupy. 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice 1 c. heavy cream, whipped stiff (fold in last)

Mix together and pour over the lime Jello. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold before serving. HINT: Be sure green Jello is fairly well set before pouring on the orange mixture.
