CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
2 1/2 c. water
8 oz. cottage cheese
3-4 tbsp. Miracle Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
Chopped walnuts (as much as desired)

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Let stand until almost set. Add cottage cheese, Miracle Whip, pineapple, evaporated milk and chopped nuts. Mix and chill overnight.
