DIRTY RICE 
2 lbs. ground beef or sausage or ground deer meat
1 bell pepper
1 bunch green onions
2 lg. onions
2 sticks celery
Salt and pepper or cayenne

FOR RICE:

3/4 c. raw rice
4 1/2 c. water

Cut all vegetables fine. Fry in 1/4 cup oil meat and vegetables. Add rice and water. Let come to a boil and simmer covered 18-20 minutes. Do not stir.
