DUMP CAKE | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut 1 c. brown sugar 1 box yellow cake mix 1 c. butter 1 c. chopped nuts Oil 13x9 pan. Dump can of pineapple with juice and spread over bottom of pan. Sprinkle coconut, then brown sugar, then yellow cake mix and spread evenly. Cut butter into thin slices and dot over cake. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve with vanilla ice cream. |
