1 can applesauce
2 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Dump all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or a Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. I occasionally add raisins. This is delicious served plain or with a dollop of Cool Whip. Lemon sauce is also good poured over it.
