DUMP CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 unbeaten eggs
1 can apple pie filling
1 c. chopped nuts

Dump all of the ingredients into bowl and mix gently. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan and bake one hour at 375 degrees. May be served plain or with whip cream or ice cream. (Cherry pie filling can also be used.)
