2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add oil. Sift flour with soda, add to first mixture. Dump in pineapple. Mix. Bake in long baking dish or pan at 350 degrees until done.

TOPPING:

1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
