BACARDI RUM CAKE 
CAKE:

1 c. chopped pecan or walnuts
1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix with pudding in it
3 eggs
1/2 c. cold water
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. rum

GLAZE:

1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. rum

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Mix the cake batter and pour over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cool. Then invert on plate. Prick top. Spoon glaze and spread on top and sides until all is used.

How to make glaze:

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Keep it stirred. Remove from heat. Stir in rum.
