PEACH CHICKEN 
3 lb frozen chicken breast
1 can (29 oz) peaches
cinnamon
Creole seasoning
3 cups light brown sugar (not packed)
1/2 stick butter

Preheat oven to 400°F, place frozen chicken breast in 10x15-inch glass baking dish. Pour entire can of peaches over chicken with juice, sprinkle as desired with cinnamon, sprinkle lightly with Creole seasoning, sprinkle 2 unpacked cups of brown sugar.

Place chicken in oven and set timer for 20 minutes. After the first 20 minutes pour most of the liquid out of pan, sprinkle as desired with cinnamon again and lightly with Creole seasoning, sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar and cut 1/2 stick of butter over top.

Put into the oven for another 20 minutes. Serve with seasoned french cut green beans!
