CHICKEN AND PEACHES 
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. canned peaches
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
6 chicken breasts
1/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter

Combine orange juice, peaches, sugar, vinegar, seasonings and garlic. Simmer 10 minutes. Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in butter. Add fruit mixture. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
