PUMPKIN DESSERT | |
1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c.) 1/2 c. butter 1 egg 1 lb. 14 oz. can pumpkin pie mix 2 eggs 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 c. reserved cake mix 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. butter Mix and spread bottom of pan with cake mix, 1/2 cup butter and 1 egg. FILLING: Pumpkin pie mix, egg, and milk TOPPING: Mix 1 cup reserved cake mix, sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Crumble and sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with Cool Whip. |
