PUMPKIN PIE DESSERT SQUARES 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 egg

Remove 1 cup of the cake mix for Part 3. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Press into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

PART 2:
3 eggs
3 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar (or use 1/2 brown sugar)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. evaporated milk or cream

Mix ingredients as shown or use your favorite pumpkin pie recipe. In this recipe I use homemade pumpkin so I need less cream. I have also made this recipe using Egg Beaters (one carton) and non-fat evaporated milk. That reduces the amount of cholesterol and fat and it still tastes great.

PART 3:
1 c. cake mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Mix ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
