PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. oil
2 c. (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1/2-2/3 c. nuts

Sift dry ingredients (except sugar) together. Add oil, canned pumpkin and sugar; mix. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Pour into tube (angel food) pan or 2 loaf pans for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Set oven for 350 degrees.

frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. milk

Mix together. Spread on cooled bread.
