BANANA BREAD 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening

Combine and beat well. Add: 1/2 c. sour milk 4 lg. soft mashed bananas 4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt

Beat well. Bake 1 1/2 hours in slow oven (250-300 degrees).

SOFT WHITE FROSTING:

Pineapple
Cornstarch
1 egg white

Cook until thickened enough to spread.
