TROPICAL ORANGE REFRIGERATOR
DESSERT
 
CRUST:

3/4 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. snipped shredded coconut
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLER:

1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange concentrate
1 c. whipping cream

Mix crust. Press into 8x8 inch pan or pie tin.

Mix gelatin, sugar, and salt thoroughly in small saucepan. Add water and cook on low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in undiluted concentrate. Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon.

Whip cream until stiff. Fold in orange mixture. Pour into crumb-lined pan and chill until firm. Garnish with orange sections. Double to make 9x13 inch pan.
