Approximately 1/2 lb. grated American cheese
2 c. macaroni, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can drained tuna fish

Mix thoroughly. Place in all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
