DUTCH CORNBREAD DRESSING 
2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 c. diced onions
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. light bread crumbs
Old bread is best
2 tsp. sage
2 c. chicken broth
3 beaten eggs
5 c. cornbread crumbs

Salt and pepper, mix all together. Bake in long Pyrex dish with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
