2 eggs
4 c. chopped raw apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Break eggs over chopped apples. Mix well with fork. Add sugar, nuts, cinnamon and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, soda and salt which has been sifted together. Stir. Add oil. Stir. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees in an 8 1/2 x 13 inch pan which has been greased.
