ZESTY COOL TUNA SALAD 
9 1/4 oz. tuna, drained
1/4 c. prepared horseradish
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2/3 c. salad dressing
1 stalk celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato or in tomato cup on bed of lettuce, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
